Specialist Commercial Electricians & Smart Lighting Experts
Based in Westerham and operating across London and the South East, Minlec is an award winning, commercial lighting & electrical contractor. We partner with main contractors, facilities managers, and commercial landlords to deliver uncompromising mechanical and electrical (M&E) installations.
From complex Cat A and Cat B office fit-outs to award-winning smart lighting integrations, we have built our reputation on precision, transparency, and a commitment to future-proofing commercial spaces.
The Minlec Method: In-House Expertise, Zero Complications
We don’t believe in guesswork, fractured supply chains, or fragmented sub-contracting. To guarantee that every commercial project is delivered on schedule, on budget, and to absolute safety compliance, we follow a rigorous, end-to-end framework: The Minlec Method.
Consultation & Quotation
Every successful build starts with an intelligent blueprint. Our in-house technical team collaborates closely with your architects, main contractors, or facilities leads to design compliant electrical infrastructure and bespoke wireless lighting networks tailored directly to your building’s real-world usage.
Precise In-House Installation
We deploy our own certified, NICEIC-approved commercial electricians to handle the physical deployment. By refusing to rely on third-party sub-contractors, we maintain total control over safety compliance, material quality, and on-site scheduling, ensuring we integrate seamlessly with other active trades.
Award-Winning Commissioning
& Aftercare
An installation is only as good as its final calibration. We meticulously program and commission your systems – executing to the exact technical standards that earned us the Casambi Project of the Year 2025. We then hand over complete O&M documentation and step in with proactive aftercare to protect your asset long-term.
